A brief report of Palinure Leadership Seminar 2008 in Middle East

Leader's Representative: acknowledgment and requests
After welcoming the attendants and introducing the programs by the host, one of the leaders gave a brief report of the company's development and thanked the top leaders and managers of the company. He also thanked Randy Gage and mentioned that his lessons and training programs are translated to Arabic and Persian and are used as a cornerstone in network marketing training in the Middle East. In the end, he asked the company to improve some services, such as replying to the requests and fixing some technical problems of the site.

Managing Director of Palinure Entertainment: introducing the second product and future programs
Mr. Sean Russell, The managing director of Palinure entertainment was the second lecturer. He thanked Mr. David Gardner, the managing director of Palinure International for providing the opportunity of this seminar and promised to hold the second seminar of Asia in the near future.
Mr. Russell then announced the plan to launch the second product of Palinure in Palinure entertainment. He said that Palinure International will introduce more new products to the internet world in the near future. He emphasized that the income plan for this product will be unilevel which will be the main plan of company in the future. In the end, he mentioned the titles of the company's programs for the future as below:
1-Improving services to the company's clients
2-Providing training and educational facilities.
3-Using opinions of members and leaders in future development programs
4-Improving company's website for better service providing, as well as new facilities.

Randy Gage: subconscious programming
The last part of seminar was the great lecture of Randy Gage who was applauded for a long time after he entered the hall. He started with talking about his personal experience at the beginning of his Network Marketing business and the story of how he succeeded after multiple rounds of failure. The main theme of his speech was about the importance of personal development to positive programming of the unconscious mind. He mentioned Dubai as a good example of prosperity and suggested that those leaders would experience a great successful future with Palinure.

The outstanding international trainer of networking also mentioned the importance of being "professional" in the industry versus being an amateur. In the end, he said: "You must have three beliefs to succeed,
1-belief in your company
2-belief in Network marketing Business
3-belief in yourself, which is the most important and most difficult belief. I believe in you. Now I ask one more thing. I ask you to believe in yourselves".
